Microsoft has requested and obtained a Trimerison Virtual Reality game system from 3001 AD. Microsoft spokesman Patrick Dengler contacted 3001 AD about reviewing the product for a new Xbox system; the Xbox 360.
Microsoft also reviewed the Trimersion on their MSNBC news channel as well. Microsoft is very active in promoting the Xbox arcade gaming system and has expressed it’s enjoyment at finding a VR device that works with the system.
The Trimersion plugs into the controller port of the Xbox game system and all of the controls for the controller are now on the Trimersion gun input device. The video and audio from the Xbox displays in the Trimersion visor and a gyro in the visor controls one of the analog joysticks.
Mr. Dengler has also been working with several of the Microsoft research arms to see if there are additional areas that Microsoft would be able to work with 3001 AD in VR devices. Microsoft is very active in the education, scientific and military industries and it is expected that new products featuring technology developed by 3001 AD will be appearing in 2006.

Microsoft is looking forward to speaking with 3001 AD at the 2006 E3 show in Los Angeles. It is expected that 3001 AD and Microsoft will be inking new contractual agreements at the show for the distribution and sale of Trimerison units to Microsoft companies.
